We carry out the sizing of steam and condensate lines for the implementation of a new DC for crushing unit of 7,500 TPD.

Basic and detailed engineering is being carried out for the change of the refrigeration system from thermocompressors to a mechanical compressor, as well as for the inclusion of an economizer between the oil exiting the cold neutralization stage and the oil exiting the deodorization stage.

We provided support for issues arising from the presence of waxes in refined sunflower oil.

We validated the new Toaster installation for Extraction Line #1 and performed reforms on steam and condensate piping at the Saforcada complex in Buenos Aires province.

We analyzed the potential location for a new oil refining unit and determined the associated investment order, considering the process units, tank farm, and necessary service expansion.

We prepared a feasibility analysis and investment order for implementing sunflower seed processing, considering reception, pre-cleaning, conditioning, storage, pretreatment, pressing, gum separation, solvent extraction, degumming, lecithin drying, and all associated services.
CALSA
We evaluated the possibility of implementing energy integration to preheat boiler feedwater, using energy available in the semi-continuous deodorization unit at the Lanús Plant in Buenos Aires.
LDC
We studied the possibility of implementing a third reaction stage in Line #2 for 900 TPD of biodiesel, reusing existing equipment.
